What You’ll Do
Give every promoter their own link and their own flyer QR code, so the guests they bring can be credited to them, without anyone redesigning the approved artwork.

Hosts and assigned Guest Speakers.
Before You Start
- You are signed into your own account, not a shared one.
- The event is published and assigned to your profile.
What You’ll Use
- My Trackable Invitation, the section on your event card holding both personal link and flyer.
- Copy My Personal Link, your own link for this event.
- Download My Tracked Flyer, the approved flyer with your QR code embedded.
Steps
- Open Host Portal, then Manage My Events.
- Confirm the event title before you copy anything.
- Find My Trackable Invitation.
- Select Copy My Personal Link for texts, emails, captions, and bios.
- Select Download My Tracked Flyer for anywhere you would share an image.
- Scan your own QR once from the downloaded file to confirm it opens the right event.
When You’re Done
The artwork is unchanged, and your link and QR identify you as the source of anyone who registers.
If Something Doesn’t Work
- The flyer does not look personalized.
- It should not. Personalization is in the QR destination only.
- The QR opens the wrong event.
- You downloaded from the wrong card. Delete the file and download again from the correct event.
- A teammate sent me their flyer.
- Do not post it. Their QR credits them. Download your own.
- Visits show up but registrations are not credited to me.
- Events that send guests to an outside registration page cannot always carry tracking through. Use the built-in RSVP flow when credit matters.
