What You’ll Do

Land on the correct event before you touch any tool, so you never promote, message, or edit the wrong one.

Who This Is For

Hosts, assigned Guest Speakers, and Check-In Staff.

Before You Start

  • The event is published.
  • Your profile is assigned to it.
  • You are signed in with the matching account.

What You’ll Use

  • Manage My Events lists only published events your profile is attached to. It is not a list of all events on the platform.
  • Each event card shows the title and date, which is how you tell similar events apart.
  • View Event opens the public page so you can confirm you have the right one.

Steps

  1. Open Host Portal.
  2. Scroll to Manage My Events.
  3. Find the event by title and date together. Recurring events often share a title.
  4. Select View Event if you need to confirm before acting.
  5. Return to the card and continue with the tool you came for.

When You’re Done

You are working from the correct event details.

If Something Doesn’t Work

The event is not listed.
Check publication status, profile assignment, and email match, in that order.
I see last month’s event but not the new one.
The new event was probably published without adding you. Assignment does not carry over from a previous event.
Two events look identical.
Use the date, and open View Event to be certain before making changes.
