Get Access When You Are Not on TeamBPP

First-time access for an external host or guest speaker: request an account, get approved, sign in, and pull your event link and flyer.

Start from the topYou do not need to already be on the page or tool named in this guide. Follow the steps in order and it will tell you where to go.

What You’ll Do

Get access for a Host or Guest Speaker who is not on TeamBPP and has never signed in before. TeamBPP members can skip this entirely and enter through the TeamBPP menu.

Who This Is For

External hosts, guest speakers, community partners, and event collaborators, plus the organizer supporting them.

How Access Works

You create your own account with your own password, and an administrator reviews the request before access is granted. You will not be sent a temporary password. The password you choose during the request is the one you will keep using.

Before You Start

  • Ask your organizer which email address is on your speaker or host profile. Use that exact email when you request access. If you register with a different address, your account will work but your event will not appear.
  • Have a password of at least eight characters ready.
  • External requests must be open on the platform. If the request form is not showing, contact your organizer.

What You’ll Use

When you open the access page, you will have two choices:

  • Existing Wealth Events login is for people who already have an account.
  • Request external host access is where you start if you have never had an account. It asks for first name, last name, email address, password, confirm password, and an optional note explaining why you need access.

Steps: Request Your Account

  1. Open the Host Submission Portal from The Wealth Events site, or use the link your organizer sent you.
  2. Find the Request external host access panel.
  3. Enter your first and last name.
  4. Enter the exact email address on your profile. This is the step everything else depends on.
  5. Create a password of at least eight characters and confirm it. Save it somewhere. Nobody can see it for you.
  6. In the note field, say who you are and which event you are part of. It helps the reviewer approve you quickly.
  7. Select Submit Host Request.
  8. Wait for the approval email. Your account exists but cannot be used until it is reviewed.

Steps: Sign In After Approval

  1. Open the approval email confirming your host account is approved.
  2. Return to the host access page.
  3. Use the Existing Wealth Events login panel with the same email and the password you created.
  4. Select Sign In.

Steps: Get Your Link and Flyer

  1. Open Host Portal.
  2. Scroll to Manage My Events and find your event by title and date.
  3. Locate My Trackable Invitation on the event card.
  4. Select Copy My Personal Link. That is your personal invitation link.
  5. Select Download My Tracked Flyer. It is the same approved flyer everyone uses, with your personal QR code embedded.
  6. Scan your own QR once from the downloaded file to confirm it opens the right event.
  7. Use your own link and your own flyer everywhere you invite people, so the guests you bring are credited to you.

When You’re Done

You have an approved account, you can sign in whenever you want, and you are holding your personal link and flyer for your event.

If Something Doesn’t Work

There is no request form on the page.
External requests are currently closed. Contact your organizer, who can either open them or create your account directly.
It says an account already exists for my email.
You have signed in before, or someone created the account for you. Use the sign-in panel and the forgot password link instead of requesting again.
My request was submitted but I cannot sign in.
Approval has not happened yet. The account is real but inactive until reviewed.
I am approved and signed in, but Manage My Events is empty.
Almost always an email mismatch. Tell your organizer the exact email you registered with so they can compare it to your profile. Also confirm the event is published and you are assigned to it.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot password link on the host access page. No one can retrieve it for you.
My request was declined.
The email will include a note from the reviewer. Contact your organizer if you think it was a mistake.
