Public Guest Reviews Overview

How approved guest stories appear on the public review wall.

What You’ll Do

The public Guest Reviews page shows only feedback that has been reviewed and approved for public display. Use it as social proof when inviting guests to a future event.

Who This Is For

Guests, Hosts, Guest Speakers, partners, and visitors.

Before You Start

  • Submitting a review does not publish it. Approval is a separate, deliberate step.
  • Video reviews and written reviews both appear here once approved.

What You’ll Use

  • Review cards show the guest’s words, their name as they gave it, and the event context.
  • Video reviews play inline and take a taller card.
  • Anything still pending approval is not on this page at all, so the page is never a full list of submissions.

Steps

  1. Open Guest Reviews from the public menu.
  2. Browse approved guest stories.
  3. Use the event context on a card to understand which experience the guest is describing.
  4. If you are a guest submitting feedback, use the review link sent in your event follow-up rather than this page.

When You’re Done

Visitors see approved guest experiences, and nothing unapproved is ever exposed.

If Something Doesn’t Work

A guest says they submitted a review and cannot find it.
It is pending approval. Check the review management workspace rather than assuming it failed to send.
A review needs to come down.
Unapprove it in review management. Do not delete the guest’s submission unless there is a reason to.
