What You’ll Do

Get a real answer quickly, and give whoever helps you enough information to fix it on the first reply.

Who This Is For

Anyone. Guests, Hosts, Guest Speakers, and staff.

Before You Ask for Help

  • Search the Knowledge Base first. Most access and ticket questions are already answered.
  • Check the Troubleshooting section for your specific symptom.

What to include in your message

A support message without these takes three rounds instead of one:

  • The event name and date.
  • The page you were on, ideally the full web address.
  • The email address you were signed in with, if you were signed in.
  • What you expected and what actually happened.
  • A screenshot. This one saves the most time.
  • Whether it happened on phone or computer.

Steps

  1. Open Contact Us from the menu or the Host Portal support group.
  2. Complete the form with the details listed above.
  3. Send, and keep any confirmation you receive.
  4. If the issue is time sensitive because an event is starting, say so in the first line.

When You’re Done

Support can reproduce the problem without a back and forth, and answer with a fix instead of a question.

If Something Doesn’t Work

A guest cannot open their ticket and the event starts in an hour.
Do not wait on support. Use the check-in tools to look the guest up and resend or check them in manually.
