Privacy & Data

Privacy should be clear.

This policy explains what The Wealth Events™ collects, why we use it, how connected social accounts work, and how to request access or deletion.

Effective August 19, 2026Last updated August 19, 2026

The Wealth Events™ (“The Wealth Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how information is collected, used, stored, and shared through The Wealth Events website, platform, Host Portal, event registration tools, Social Promotion Studio, connected publishing features, communications, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to event attendees, guests, hosts, organizers, speakers, team members, account holders, website visitors, and other individuals who interact with The Wealth Events.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, register for an event, submit or manage an event, purchase a ticket, join a waitlist, complete a form, communicate with a host, submit feedback, upload content, connect a social-media account, or otherwise use the platform.

This may include your name, email address, telephone number, account information, profile image, organization or business information, event registration details, ticket or RSVP information, attendance and check-in information, event preferences, form responses, feedback, reviews, photographs, videos, event images, promotional content, and other information you choose to provide.

Hosts and organizers may also provide information about co-hosts, speakers, honorees, event staff, or other participants. Users who provide another person’s contact information are responsible for having appropriate permission to provide it.

2. Host and Event Information

Hosts may use The Wealth Events to create, submit, publish, promote, and manage events. We may collect event titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, virtual meeting information, registration settings, ticket information, images, host and speaker information, promotional materials, RSVP settings, check-in records, guest lists, event communications, and related operational data.

When you register for an event, information necessary to administer that event may be made available to the applicable host or authorized event team. Hosts may have their own business practices and legal obligations concerning information they receive outside the platform.

3. Social Promotion Studio and Connected Social Accounts

Social Promotion Studio may allow authorized users to connect supported social-media accounts and publish or schedule event-related content. When you connect a supported account, we may receive information authorized by you and made available by the applicable platform, such as account identifiers, Page identifiers, profile or Page names, usernames, business-account information, linked professional-account information, granted permissions, publishing destinations, access credentials or tokens, and information necessary to publish or manage authorized content.

We do not receive your social-media password through the OAuth connection process. Connection credentials and authorization tokens are stored using security protections appropriate to the platform and are used to maintain the connection and perform the actions you authorize.

Unless a separate feature is clearly offered and specifically authorized, The Wealth Events does not use a social-account connection to read or send private social-media messages.

You may disconnect a supported account through The Wealth Events or revoke access through the applicable social platform. Disconnecting stops future automated publishing through that connection, but content already published to a third-party platform may remain there until removed on that platform.

4. Information from Meta Platforms

If you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another supported Meta service, information received from Meta is used only as necessary to provide the features you authorize, including identifying eligible Pages or professional accounts, maintaining the authorized connection, selecting a publishing destination, publishing or scheduling approved content, and troubleshooting connection or publishing problems.

The Wealth Events does not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated purposes. You may revoke access through your Meta account or business settings where available.

5. Payments and Transactions

Certain events or platform features may involve payments processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Those providers may collect information necessary to complete the transaction under their own privacy policies and terms.

The Wealth Events may receive transaction-related information such as payer name, billing contact information, transaction identifier, amount, status, refund information, connected-account information, or other information necessary to administer the transaction. The Wealth Events is not intended to store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

6. Communications

The Wealth Events may send transactional communications necessary to administer an account, event, registration, RSVP, ticket, payment, waitlist, check-in, reminder, schedule change, host action, or other requested service by email, text message, or other supported channels.

Transactional communications are different from promotional marketing communications. Where applicable, you may unsubscribe from promotional email or opt out of supported SMS communications using the instructions provided, including replying STOP where applicable.

7. Automatically Collected Information

When you use The Wealth Events, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, session information, approximate location derived from network information, timestamps, security events, error information, and similar technical data.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, security, fraud prevention, platform functionality, and performance.

8. How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve The Wealth Events; provide event registration and management; process RSVPs and tickets; manage hosts and attendees; deliver event communications; facilitate check-in; provide customer support; operate Social Promotion Studio; publish authorized social content; process transactions; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot technical problems; maintain records; enforce agreements; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights and safety of users, hosts, The Wealth Events, and others.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product improvement, planning, reporting, and platform performance when it cannot reasonably identify an individual.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information with the host or authorized event team for an event you register for or participate in, and with service providers that perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, text messaging, payment processing, authentication, security, analytics, customer support, social-media publishing, and related technology services.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, or protect rights and safety. If the operating business undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred subject to applicable law.

The Wealth Events does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

10. Third-Party Services

The Wealth Events may integrate with social networks, payment processors, communication providers, virtual-event platforms, analytics services, or other business tools. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, contractual, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, regulatory, and legal purposes.

Connected social-account credentials may be retained while the connection remains active and may be removed or invalidated when the connection is disconnected, revoked, expires, or is deleted. Where appropriate, information may be anonymized rather than deleted.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption or protected storage for appropriate credentials, system monitoring, audit controls, secure communications, and restricted administrative access.

No internet-based platform or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their own passwords, devices, social-media accounts, and login credentials.

13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information concerning certain uses or disclosures, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or objection to certain processing.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. If information was provided directly to an independent event host, that host may also maintain information separately.

14. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights where those laws apply to The Wealth Events. Depending on applicable law, these may include access, correction, deletion, portability, information concerning categories of personal information collected or disclosed, and rights relating to certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.

The applicability and scope of these rights depend on the applicable law and circumstances. The Wealth Events does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

15. Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may have additional privacy rights where Nevada privacy law applies. Requests concerning applicable Nevada privacy rights may be submitted through the privacy contact information below.

16. Children’s Privacy

The Wealth Events is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances not permitted by law, please contact us.

17. How to Exercise Your Rights or Request Data Deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with The Wealth Events by emailing info@thewealthevents.com with the subject Privacy Request or Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information for us to identify the applicable account or record, such as your name and the email address associated with your account, registration, host profile, or social connection. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion

If you connected The Wealth Events to a Meta account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads profile, or another supported Meta asset, email info@thewealthevents.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include the email associated with your The Wealth Events account and enough information to identify the relevant connection.

Upon a valid request, we will delete or de-identify applicable information associated with that connection, including stored connection credentials and related account-identification information, unless retention is reasonably required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or recordkeeping purposes.

Deleting information from The Wealth Events does not automatically remove content previously published to a third-party platform. Published content may need to be removed through that service.

18. Deauthorization

If you revoke or deauthorize The Wealth Events from a connected third-party platform, we may receive information indicating that authorization has been removed. Where technically supported, we will stop using revoked credentials for future publishing and may delete or invalidate connection credentials associated with that authorization.

Deauthorization does not necessarily delete information you separately provided to The Wealth Events, such as event registrations, host information, transaction records, or event content. You may submit a separate deletion request for additional eligible information.

19. International Users

The Wealth Events is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from another country, your information may be processed or stored in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, appropriate protections will be used for international transfers.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as The Wealth Events changes, new features are introduced, legal requirements evolve, or our privacy practices change. When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
